We feature our low and slow wood fired smoked meats and made from scratch sides from our 150+ year old family owned farm . Brisket, pork, chicken, Mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, beans, coleslaw, jalapeño slaw, potato salad and much more! Our specialty is using our low and slow smoked meats and incorporating them into many different bbq entrees such as, loaded brisket burritos, Texas grilled cheese, jalapeño poppers, armadillo eggs and smoked wings just to name a few. We also feature our wood fired bbq pizzas!! Try the pulled pork and pickle, chicken bacon ranch, bbq chicken, buffalo chicken or our newest creation the bacon Mac n cheese pizza!!

We also have our born and raised meats for you to take home and create your own dishes with such as, hamburger, sausage, sausage patties and our many types of brats. All bred, born, fed and cared for right on out 169 year old family farm. These products have never been anywhere but on our farm, the small family owned processing facility, then right back to the restaurant. Farm, fresh, safe!
