The Pathology Laboratory

We are providing curbside concierge services in our parking lot! Please remain in your vehicle, and one of our staff members will come to you. We ask that you provide us your insurance card, drivers license and order form (your physician may fax this to us at (337) 312-1311). Our Phlebotomists will draw your blood in your vehicle, so you never have to get out. We are allowing pre-employment drug screen patients (with no symptoms) into our building to collect, we do not want to keep people from working. We will continue to encourage physicians to collect COVID-19 specimens at the time of the patient visit, and send to us for testing.
