Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital (SKY Rehab)

At SKY Rehab Hospital, we offer both inpatient and outpatient services to those in our community that need medical rehabilitation. We are the only licensed, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation hospital in South Central KY. We care for patients that have suffered from brain injuries, strokes, multiple injuries or are recovering from surgery or illnesses like Congestive heart failure, pneumonia and many others. Our Goal at SKY is to help patients reach their maximum potential by utilizing a specialized team approach that includes daily visits from our physicians and then we discharge our patients home as soon as possible so that they can continue their road to recovery at home. We are also proud to be CARF certified for both brain injury and stroke!
