Woodworth Community Health Center

The Woodworth Community Health Center is conveniently located along Highway 165 South near Alexandria. Dr. David Guillot and Nurse Practitioner Monica Allen see Pediatric and Adult patients. Kateshia Green is the Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps patients deal with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and relationship issues. Currently, we are offering patients visits with their provider via telemedicine. Patients can talk to their provider via a smartphone, tablet or computer from the convenience of their own home.
