Transfiguration Fitness is a holistic movement studio. We understand that health and fitness mean different things to different people, and we are committed to building a relationship of honesty and trust with each of our clients. By focusing on adaptive movement, we are able to meet each client where they are at, and help them to achieve their individual wellness goals.
We bring over 40 combined years of experience within health, exercise science, dietetics and nutrition, rehabilitation, coaching, massage, Reiki, dance, Fly Gym, and pole. Holding certifications in ACE, AFFA, Pound, Reiki, Nutrition, Practical Nursing, and First Aid/CPR/AED, we are able to tailor programs to suit the individual.
Our classes and individual trainings are centered around using body weight resistance, weights, bands, hammocks, and stationary apparatus to help develop core strength, cardiovascular output, and build muscle. We pull from a variety of modalities to ensure a low impact approach to total body wellness.
