Rotolo is the Italian word for roll. Which explains a lot. Mitch Rotolo opened his first pizzeria 20 years ago and we’re still on a Rotolo. Through the will and loyalty of Rotolo’s customers, the casual Italian restaurant has since grown into a successful franchise with locations across the south and many more in the works. We make our dough the hard way – from scratch, fresh daily at each location. We also take the time to make our own sauces and hand cut our own fresh veggies. That’s why every pizza, pasta, salad, sandwich, soup and calzone we serve is bursting with authentic flavor.
