The way our customers communicate with us ironically falls right in line with the CDC shelter in place. With so many people staying at home they need to know they have access to parts and service with out ever having to leave their homes. We deliver parts to the customers homes or business.
We do 90% of the repairs and service on site. Residential and commercial equipment.
We ask that the equipment needing repair be left in an accessible area easy for the tech to get to. If it's a parts order, one our people will deliver the parts and leave them in a designated area chosen by the customer. Or they will be shipped to the customer by USPS, UPS, Fedex. .
I have been in business for 23 years. Our main line of work are repairs on lawnmowers, trimmers ,blowers, ect.
This year we have teamed up with Terminus Parts and expanded our ability to get parts for every make and model available.
