Partnership Community Health Center

Partnership Community Health Center provides compassionate, high quality medical, dental and behavioral health care. We proudly accept BadgerCare+/Medicaid, Medicare, most commercial insurances, and offer many of our services on a sliding fee scale if you don't have insurance. We also provide free, in-person health insurance enrollment assistance to help you get covered.
