My final Chapter’s purpose is to provide a final wish for every eligible person with cancer in their final chapter of life. We find that a diagnosis of cancer is incredibly hard on families financially and many do not have the funds to make a final wish possible. These individuals are fighting a terrible disease and need some comfort with having one final dream come true.
The dream wishes we provide are not only for the individual but for everyone involved. We want to create not only a great experience for the patient but also lifelong memories for the family. It will help loved ones who get to experience these wishes find some hope. Experiences and memories of final wishes will show volunteers and donors that they can make a difference in many lives with just a small act of kindness.
