Kendall Construction has a strong presence in the Topeka and surrounding areas as a general contractor. During our time in business we have developed relationships with countless commercial sub-contractor in the area. We are one of the few remaining general contractors that self-perform work on our own projects, and we take pride in being able to do so. Having our own well-rounded workforce on staff, coupled with being a local presence, gives us the ability to react swiftly to our customer's needs. The vast majority of our work is performed for repeat customers which speaks to our commitment in putting our client's expectations first.
