Jeff Lawler, REALTOR®

Jeff is a real estate consultant, agent and REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty. In both 2019 and 2020, he was awarded two Sales & Marketing Council REGAL Awards for best overall advertising campaign and best use of social media. Jeff has been recognized as a Coldwell Banker International Diamond and Sterling Society agent, respectively, in 2018, 2019 and 2020. He was also voted Best Real Estate Agent in 2018 and 2019, and runner-up in 2020 by readers of the Free Times. Jeff currently serves as the SC Governor of American Advertising Federation (AAF) District 3 and ex-officio/past President of AAF Midlands.

Jeff is a graduate of Spring Valley High School and the College of Charleston, where he earned his degree in corporate communication. While at the College, he served as a delegate in the South Carolina Student Legislature for two years and also served as President of the Kappa Alpha Order. As a Columbia native, he believes in the immense opportunities the Midlands and its community has to offer. Jeff is very passionate about the community and supports many different nonprofit organizations in Columbia and around The Midlands.
