Chef Aman Razdan, Owner and Executive Chef started a business here 5 years ago to service the Quad Cities area. Creating a menu where guests can choose their protein, finishing, and sides, virtually creating their own dish with each experience. With an open kitchen you can see the house made dishes being made right before your eyes.
