Four Points Title provides service anywhere in the Greater New Orleans area. Whether you are purchasing property on the Northshore, Southshore, Eastbank or Westbank, Four Points Title is your best guide through the transactional process. Our main office is located in the heart of Metairie just off Causeway Boulevard and we have additional closing locations in New Orleans, Mandeville, Hammond, and Baton Rouge. However, we conduct title exams in every parish in the State of Louisiana, and we can close transactions anywhere our customers need us. During this uncertain time we are considered an essential service, and we will remain in operation as long as the lenders and clerks of court remain in operation. We are adhering to all safe distance guidelines by only allowing required signers to be physically present in the closing. Realtors can come to the office and remain in the waiting area, or we can allow realtors to be present remotely via facetime or other electronic method. The parties will remain separate also. We are also available for Notary Services by appointment and do offer mobile Notary services as well. If anyone has any specific requests or requirements, we will do all we can to accommodate them.
