DeKel mPact Services is owned and operated by two educators who have a passion for student learning. Ricarda and Saundra have a combined total of over 25 years in education. Their roles consisted of paraprofessional, special education parent liaison, parent facilitator, test reviewer, education specialist and general education teacher.
