The Affinity Walk-In Clinic opened in January of 2012 with the goal of providing effective, round-the-clock service for patients with urgent care needs. In April of 2017, Affinity Walk-In Clinic achieved accreditation as a Patient Centered Connected Care™, recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
